New Delhi:Even before it airs, the next episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati Season 17 is creating a lot of buzz. One of the most eagerly awaited episodes of the season, the host welcomed a star-studded lineup from the India Women's Cricket team following their significant victory at the Women's Cricket World Cup. However, , Vice Captain of the team, gave the shoot a miss owing to personal reasons.
For the unversed, Smriti Mandhana's wedding to filmmaker Palaash Muchhal was postponed after her father was hospitalised.

Smriti Mandhana, Palaash Muchhal's wedding postponed
The wedding of Palaash Muchhal and Smriti Mandhana was scheduled for November 23 in Sangli, Maharashtra. Their wedding was put on hold after Smriti's father fell ill and had to be hospitalised. The news was confirmed to the media by Mandhana's manager, Tuhin Mishra, who said, "Smriti's father's health deteriorated this morning while he was having breakfast. We thought he would recover, so we waited for a while. However, when things got worse, we called for an ambulance and drove him to the hospital, where he is being monitored.
"Smriti is very close to her father. She has made the decision to put off getting married indefinitely until he recovers. Her father is under observation, and the doctor has told that he will have to stay in the hospital until he recovers. Smriti is clear, she wants to see her father well and then get married," he further added. The hospital has released her father. The wedding date hasn't been confirmed yet, though.

Surprisingly, Smriti has removed photos from her pre-wedding festivities; however, her previous photos with Palaash remain on Instagram.
